By accessing or using our services at Socially Mavs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all services provided, including social media management, content creation, strategy development, and brand consulting.

Services Offered

Socially Mavs provides:

  • Social media management

  • Content creation (photos, reels, stories, graphics)

  • Brand shoots & content days

  • Strategy development & consultation

  • Caption copywriting

  • Influencer and TikTok Shop content

Each service is provided according to a custom agreement or selected package.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upfront to begin any service.

  • All payments are processed via invoice.

  • Late fees of $25 per day apply after 5 days of non-payment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule any service.

  • Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in a loss of service without refund.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, illness, or weather. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest availability.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds after work has begun. Refunds may be considered only if:

  • We cancel the project and are unable to fulfill services.

  • A major error occurs on our part and cannot be corrected after two rounds of revisions.

No refunds will be granted for:

  • Client dissatisfaction based on subjective preference

  • Delays caused by lack of communication or missing assets from the client

  • Platform changes (Instagram/TikTok algorithm, reach, etc.)

Client Relationship & Content Rights

By using our services, you agree that Socially Mavs has the right to claim your business as a client and to use content created for promotional or portfolio purposes across our social media, website, and marketing materials.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, brand materials, and collaboration for successful delivery.

  • Delay in communication will push timelines and may result in additional charges.​

​

Results Disclaimer

  • Socially Mavs does not guarantee specific follower growth, engagement metrics, or sales.

  • Social media performance depends on multiple factors including platform algorithms, market demand, client consistency, and audience behavior.​

​

Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • The client violates these terms

  • Communication becomes hostile, unproductive, or disrespectful

  • Payments are not received after multiple reminders

In such cases, no refunds will be provided for completed work.

Legal & Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Any loss of revenue, business, or reputation due to content or account activity

  • Account bans or restrictions due to community guideline violations

  • Technical failures or platform issues

​

Changes to Terms

Socially Mavs reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any major changes.
